Happy Sunday morning! Adding a spoonful of coconut oil to a cup of black coffee turns it into a creamy, decadent treat which may have some healthy added bonuses such as improving energy, boosting metabolism and stabilizing blood sugar, just to name a few!
A favorite mug full of unsweetened black coffee
A teaspoonful of coconut oil
Pour coffee into a tall, wide-mouth measuring cup or bowl. Add coconut oil. Blend with a hand blender until creamy and frothy. Pour back into your mug and enjoy!
