2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbs fresh lemon juice
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp raw honey
Combine olive oil, lemon juice & Dijon in a small bowl & whisk to emulsify. Add in honey and whisk again. Pour over a bowl of greens and toss to coat. Makes enough for one family size salad.
