Mango-Banana Frozen Whip

Enjoy a taste of the tropics with this quick & easy dairy free sweet treat!

Ingredients

1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted and chopped

1-2 Tbs fresh pineapple chunks

Fresh lime juice

2 Frozen peeled bananas

Directions

In a high speed blender or food processor blend fresh mango, a tablespoon or so of fresh pineapple or a few chunks and a few squirts of fresh lime. Blend until nice & smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Next-place 2 frozen bananas in a food processor, begin by pulsing a few times until chopped. Stir, blend again and continue blending until creamy. Scoop banana "soft serve" into a pretty glass. Top with puréed mango. Garnish with fresh mint and enjoy a refreshing gluten-free, soy-free, vegan & paleo clean food. Makes 4 servings.
