My Favorite Green Smoothie

My favorite green smoothie! A rich, delicious & nutritious meal or quick "pick me up" in a glass!

Ingredients

1 cup of water

¼-1/3 cup of raw cashews

½” slice of avocado

1 ½-2 cups of organic spring mix

Half a frozen banana

½ tsp pure vanilla extract

1 tsp pure maple syrup

A few ice cubes

Directions

In a high speed blender combine a cup of water, raw cashews, avocado, a generous handful of organic spring mix or greens of choice, frozen banana, pure vanilla extract, pure maple syrup & a few ice cubes. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding a little water, if needed. A delightfully refreshing gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, paleo & vegan clean food. Yum!
