Naked Peanut Butter Cups

A tasty treat when you want a little protein and healthy fat and a whole lotta taste!

Ingredients

2/3 cup natural peanut butter with sea salt

1/4 cup coconut oil

2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Cacao nibs

Directions

Place peanut butter and coconut oil in a small saucepan. Over low heat, stir to combine. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.

Pour into small silicon molds or paper lined cups of a mini muffin pan. Sprinkle with cacao nibs. Freeze for about 15 minutes. Pop out of molds/muffin pan and store in freezer. These melt very quickly! So enjoy right from the freezer whenever you want a quick peanut butter treat! Makes about 15 mini cups
