This is a perfect little dessert or snack when you want something that tastes rich & decadent but has no added sweeteners. Just 3 simple ingredients & in a few minutes you’ll have a healthy tasty treat!
1/2 cup cacao butter, melted
3 Tbs all natural (no sugar added) peanut butter
Sprinkling of raw cacao nibs
Place cacao butter in a small saucepan & melt over low heat until melted, stirring occasionally. Turn heat off.
Add 3 Tbs peanut butter & stir until smooth. Carefully spoon into silicon molds (I pour it into a measuring cup & pour then into silicon molds to keep things neater).
Sprinkle with cacao nibs
Freeze for about 10-15 minutes or until solid, them pop out of molds & enjoy! I find it easier to place the silicon mold onto a cookie sheet so it doesn’t bend as
I’m transferring it into the freezer.
