My Favorite Wellness Tips

I strive to be in balance in all areas of my life. 
When all our foundational relationships are in balance, we feel our best and the foods that we eat can be best absorbed and used to nourish our bodies.  It’s important to have happy healthy relationships with loved ones, family and friends; find forms of exercise that we enjoy and can have fun doing daily; have a spiritual practice that grounds and centers us; and to be able to do work that we love and fulfills us.
